Clinics will take place on May 4, May 18, June 1 and Jun 8, 2025 from 1pm-2:30pm at Westfield High School Practice/Track, behind the school. All skill levels are welcome as are SYA Volunteer coaches.
Fees are $40 per session, for players from 3rd to 8th grade. A part of all registration fees will go towards the Westfield and Centreville High School Varsity Field Hockey programs!
You can sign up for one, two, three or all four clinics.
The coaches and some of their players will focus on learning/developing the following: stick skills, different types of hits, passing, receiving, 1v1 defending skills, age-appropriate principles of team and off ball movement, and decision making. Players may also scrimmage as part of the training. Personal life skills will be modeled by the coaches and nurtured with the players – self confidence, proper communication, respect, work ethic, self-control, enthusiasm, teamwork, and leadership.
