This program is intended for both players new to the game who want to learn the skills of ultimate frisbee as well as players who have already played before and want to improve on their skills.
The program will consist of an introductory six session co-ed program. The Fall season will be a clinic style program where players will learn about the rules, different skills, and the other ins and outs of Ultimate Frisbee for the first few sessions. They will also participate in scrimmages/games utilizing the skills they have learned. The sessions will take place on Saturdays beginning September 6th and ending November 1st and will be Colin Powell ES at 10 am. Each session will last for an hour and will take place on a split football-sized field.
There will be two different grade levels offered for the program, with the Elementary school group for players grades 5th & 6th (grade for school year 2025-2026). The Middle School group will be offered for players in 7th & 8th grade (grade for school year 2025-2026). Each age group will practice on their own side of the field and practice at the same time. All players will receive a shirt with the registration.
