We need new soccer refs for fall! We offer competitive pay and bonuses, flexible work hours & training!
The first step is to register and complete online training to become a grassroots referee. Online training (8 hours) is followed by a field training session (4 hours) where referees learn about signals, flag mechanics, whistle mechanics, positioning, and other elements that go into developing confidence on the field.

SYA, together with CYA, is sponsoring the following field training sessions:
FIELD COMPLEX – SYA Sports Park, – 6626 Bull Run Post office road, Centreville, VA.
Class #1 – Sunday Sept. 27. 1pm – 5pm
Class #2 – Saturday Oct. 17. 8am – 12noon.
Class #3 – Sunday Oct. 18 1pm-5pm.
Attendance is limited to 12 referees so sign up early. Referees can attend any clinic or field
training session, not just those offered by their home club. If you or any of your players have
