SYA Little League is offering Winter Clinics on February 16 and 17 for players and coaches. Players will have the opportunity to participate in various baseball or softball related activities appropriate for their age group. Coaches will be provided guidance on level specific practice plans and skill development as well as participate in the clinic as a “coach”. The clinic is a great time to shake off the rust to prepare for player pitch tryouts which are the following weekend. We ask that players attend the correct age/level appropriate clinic as noted here – registration is limited to the first 40 baseball players and 20 softball players for each clinic:
February 16 – 5-6:30pm:
Baseball: Machine Pitch/Intro to Player Pitch
Softball: Minors/Majors (7-12)
February 17 – 6:30-8pm:
Softball: Juniors/Seniors (13-16)
There is a $10 fee (cash or check) for each player – coaches are free – to help offset our costs, to include the use of the CYA Fieldhouse facility, to be collected at clinic check-in. Click here to register now (Select LL Baseball/Softball Clinics – Feb 2019, then select specific session). Registration is limited, so don’t hesitate as registration will close once we fill the slots.
